            The Committee on Banking and Insurance moved to amend the bill on page four, section twenty-nine, line fifty-two, after the word “vehicle” by changing the period to a colon and adding the following proviso: Provided, That any liability insurance purchased for additional consideration from the rental or leasing company shall be primary to other available insurance.
